I agree, newbies like me really need this simple tutorial. The key to master advance effect should begin with simple or basic tutorials. Thank you for posting this. I think it is very helpful. Your goal of putting up a simple tutorial for newbies is really successful. Looking forward for another tutorial.

Very Good Tutorial! It’s easy to follow.
I’m having a hard time ctrl+clicking on the polygon vector mask. I dunno why but it doesn’t get selected even though I’ve ctrl+clicked it. Please help. Thanks a lot! :)
